Lighting Products (Not returnable)

We offer a 3-day replacement and refund policy for all lighting. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund in case it arrives damaged or faulty. After 3 days, we won't replace or refund any faulty lights, so please plan your receiving date accordingly.

All lighting products are non-returnable. We'll only provide a replacement or refund for damaged or faulty items. We do not accept changes of mind or other reasons that don't concern the functionality. Therefore, please carefully consider your purchase before making it.

To be eligible for replacement or refund, ensure your light is not installed in your wall or ceiling. Please check the light's functionality before installing it.

To start a replacement or a refund, you can contact us at support@canvahome.com. If the lighting is damaged or faulty, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

All our lighting products come with a in house 1 year warranty. This warranty covers a 1 time replacement that exclude installation and dismantle.

However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it is a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest. 

Eligibility Criteria:

1. A minimum usage of 1 month is also required in order to file for warranty claim.

Example 1: Item installed and used for 2 months, found faulty, we will provide warranty cover 

Example 2: Item installed and realise it does not work or faulty, we will not provide refund nor warranty claim 

2. Provide us with basic information and supported video/photos of the damaged products. 

Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues. We will not be liable for any requests for exchanges/refunds after item has been installed.

We do not provide any installations service. Please contact your own technician to install your lights. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
