We currently only ship to Singapore, United States and United Kingdom.

    Processing Time (Lights, Canvas): 3-5 days (Monday to Sunday)

    Processing Time (Oil Paintings): 10 days (Monday to Sunday)

    Delivery Time (Lights, Canvas): 7-10 days (Monday to Sunday)

    Delivery Time (Oil Paintings): 7-23 days (Monday to Sunday)

    Is tracking information provided?

    Singapore

    Due to Shopee Express restrictions, we are unable to provide shipping information before it arrives in Singapore from our overseas warehouse. A tracking code will be provided to you once your order has arrived in Singapore.

    If the product is shipped by NinjaVan or JT Express, the tracking code with be given to your via your email once we had received it from the shipping carrier.

     

    United States & United Kingdom

    A tracking code will be provided to you once your order has been processed by the shipping courier.

     

    Product Questions:

    What is the difference between a floater frame and a stretch frame?

    • Stretch Frame: Canvas is stretched over wooden panels, with the wooden frame hidden from view.
    • Floater Frame: An additional frame border is added to the stretch frame.

    Will the canvas colors fade over time?

    No, our high-quality inks and printing processes ensure long-lasting colors. To extend the lifespan:

    • Avoid direct sunlight
    • Clean with a dry cloth

     

    Is the canvas suitable for outdoor decoration?

    No, our canvas is designed for indoor use only due to potential damage from sun and rain.

     

    Do you offer frame installation services?

    We do not provide frame installation for personal artwork.
